What to do for fall color?

I'm pulling up a shrub in my yard. I'm planting snowdrops, crocus, tulips and daffodils for spring color. For the summer, I'm planting daylilies. Other than mums, what could I plant for fall color, that won't overgrow the other plants?

What to do for fall color?
Here are a few suggestions:

Erigeron karvinskianus

Heuchera

Aster 'Tiny Tot'

Scabiosa 'Butterfly Blue'

Scabiosa 'Pink Mist'

Helleborus

Sedum

Hylotelephium

Penstemon 'Catherine de la Mare'

Penstemon heterophyllus

Primula

Rudbeckia

Sisyrinchium

Pansy

Viola

Lobelia Fan or Compliment Series (these are upright and perennial)

Have fun!
